01 — Story
The short version.
Twelve years designing software. The last three building with AI every day. AIgentSmith is what I wished existed when I was running my own messy stack — so I built it, and now I install it for businesses who'd rather skip the years of trial and error.
I'm Chilean-Spanish, raised between Santiago and Valencia, now based in Dublin with my wife Maeve and our dog Ollie. I started as a product designer — UX, brand, the whole stack. The kind of work where the prototype matters as much as the pitch.
When LLMs got good enough to actually do work — not just demo well — I went all-in. Spent two years rebuilding my entire company around an AI operating system. Memory, automations, channels, the whole thing. I live with it daily.
AIgentSmith is that system, productized. The version I ship to clients is the version I use myself, every day. No theory — just what works.

Your stack. Your data.
Everything I build, you own. Code in your GitHub. Data in your Supabase. Memory in your account. If we stopped working together tomorrow, AIgentSmith keeps running for you.

No black box.
You see every line of code, every workflow, every prompt. If something breaks, I don't say 'the AI did it' — I show you exactly what happened and why.

Hand-tuned, not templated.
Every install is built around your business. Same proven methodology, completely different result depending on what you do. A discovery call is how we figure that out together.

Honest scope.
If you don't need AIgentSmith, I'll tell you on the discovery call. Sometimes the right answer is one or two automations and nothing more. I'd rather lose a deal than oversell.
